Helping to Make the Hardest Job in the World a Little Easier...
Let's be honest, parenting is hard. The early years of childhood are an exciting time, but they often bring challenges as your child learns to navigate the world. Little people have BIG feelings, and they also create big feelings in their parents and caregivers. I specialize in guiding families through the unique developmental stages of children from birth to age 7.
I've learned from being both a clinician and a parent of two that parents (and kids) are just trying to do their best! But sometimes, we all need a little extra support.

I help parents and caregivers:

-
Handle common struggles such as sleep, feeding, and separation.
-
Address concerns about development.
-
Manage emotional and behavioral issues such as tantrums, anxiety, or aggression.
-
Improve parent-child communication
-
Improve parenting stress.
-
Learn to co-parent more effectively.

My Approach
As a psychologist with over 20 years of experience, I help guide children and parents through the complexities of childhood and childrearing. I partner with parents in a collaborative and non-judgmental way because - let's face it - parents don't need any more judgment these days.
My focus is on helping parents first uncover the “why” behind their child’s behavior. By understanding a child’s personality, temperament, developmental stage, as well as their environment, we can develop tailored strategies that truly fit your family.
I also work to understand and strengthen the parent-child relationship, which is a vital foundation for your child’s growth and development. My goal is to help you feel more confident and grounded in your parenting while supporting your child to move more smoothly along their developmental journey.
